Many of our business clients have the same mission. Indeed, the small and medium-sized corporations who are our clients have always had this goal. As the legal service provider to businesses and litigation clients, we must have the same mission - to consistently deliver value through our services. Our clients have the right to expect that when called upon, we will become part of their team to remove obstacles and to facilitate their delivery of valuable products and services.

This has several implications for our practice. We should view the legal tasks through our clients' eyes. We must aggressively pursue our clients' goals within the bounds of the law and must communicate effectively with clients. We must deliver quality services that produce results. The cost of our services should reflect the results obtained and the value delivered. We must have specialized knowledge, experience, resources and technologies which are the tools to deliver value to the clients. We must work hard.

For businesses, we provide employment law counseling, risk management, business organizations, intellectual property, collections, contracts and business owner estate planning. In the field of litigation, we focus on personal injury for individuals including workers compensation, insurance defense for businesses and individuals and business litigation including bankruptcy, employment law, collections, contracts and shareholder disputes.
